# Roadmap

Openmarket.bet is a meticulously developed and well-thought-out application, which makes improving upon its release version more difficult than doing the same on a more ordinary blockchain product. Additionally, as most of the logic of the entirety of the application resides on the blockchain, an immutable ledger of data, updating the logic of the application, particularly its blockchain logic, is rather difficult too. For these two reasons, we have only ideas about what new features we may add and how we may improve the application, but no concrete plans.

However, we know how important it is to maintain and update any running application with a user base regularly, so the previous paragraph is not to be taken as a declaration of the release version being the final version of the app. The app will receive regular updates, and we may even migrate the app to a new master contract if contract upgrades are necessary.

Some of the features we have in mind:

* Linking your Telegram account to your application instance in a more meaningful way (i.e. showing your account details, like your bio and Telegram photo, on your instance of the app).
* Allowing users to create new markets under their Telegram identity. Market pages will display the Telegram ID and name of the market's creator.
* Creating a "leaderboard" section and an "up-and-coming jurors" section on the application.
* Allow the attachment of an image when creating a new market. This image would be displayed on the market list as a thumbnail.
* Allow users who are logged into their Telegram account to comment on markets. User comments will be displayed at the bottom of each market's page.
* Add the ability to stream on market pages. The point of streaming will be to create a conversation and community around the topic or question of the market. Users will be able to stream in support of the "Yes" outcome or the "No" outcome. This feature is likely going to be facilitated by a third-party streaming platform.
* Extending the features and commands of the Telegram bot. Implementing market creation through Telegram chat will be up first.
